You are responsible for keeping your account information current. dn55 is not liable for problems arising from inaccurate information you have provided.
You are fully responsible for the security of your dn55 account login credentials. This includes:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party
- Using a unique, strong password that you do not use for other services
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
- Logging out of your account on any shared or public device
- Notifying dn55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
dn55 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All transactions and communications on dn55 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. However, account security ultimately depends on how carefully you protect your login credentials. Use a unique password and never share it — not even with family members.
4. Deposits

Bank IBFT deposits may take between 15 minutes and two hours depending on your bank's processing speed.
You confirm that all funds deposited on dn55 are your own, legally obtained money. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. You may not use a payment account that does not belong to you. Deposits made via stolen payment methods, or proceeds of illegal activity, will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Important: dn55 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which dn55 has no control over. Check your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing.
5. Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, provided there are no pending verification requirements or active bonus wagering obligations. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.

dn55 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive, minus any applicable charges from your own payment provider. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
dn55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the bonus is offered. This section sets out the general principles that apply to all dn55 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount that must be turned over in real-money bets before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, sports betting contributes 100%, casino slots contribute 100%, but table games (Roulette, Teen Patti) may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed on the relevant bonus page.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed before expiry, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry timelines are stated on each offer.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
- One Bonus per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household address. Multiple accounts at the same address claiming the same promotion will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account action.
dn55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without notice. Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets with another account to clear wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If you would prefer to play without a bonus, you can opt out of any offer before making your deposit. Contact support before depositing and they will ensure no bonus is applied to your account. Playing without a bonus means your balance is fully withdrawable at any time without wagering conditions.
7. Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets on dn55, including PSL, Pakistan international cricket, football, and all other sports. Sport-specific rules may apply and are available within each sport's dedicated rules page on the platform.
- Bets are accepted until the time stated as the market closing time. Bets placed after this time will be void and your stake will be returned.
- The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and player account status.
- Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For PSL, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). For international cricket, the ICC. For football, the relevant league or competition organiser.
- If a match is abandoned before a result is reached and there is insufficient play for an official result under the relevant competition's rules, all match winner bets will be void and stakes returned.
- For rain-affected cricket matches settled under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, bets will stand on the DLS-adjusted result. Over-specific markets that have already been settled at the time of interruption will not be reversed.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error, dn55 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned. dn55 will not honour bets placed on prices that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error.
- Winnings are calculated using the odds at the time the bet was placed and confirmed. Post-placement odds changes do not affect settled bets.
8. Live Betting & In-Play Markets
Live betting markets on dn55 update continuously during a match. Odds change in real time to reflect the current state of play. The following rules apply specifically to in-play betting:
- Once a bet has been confirmed by dn55, the odds at which the bet was accepted are locked. Subsequent odds changes do not affect your confirmed bet.
- In-play markets may be suspended at any time — for example, when a wicket falls in cricket, when a goal is scored in football, or when play is halted for any reason. Bets submitted during a suspension will be placed once the market reopens, at the new odds.
- Ball-by-ball markets are settled immediately after each delivery is bowled. Disputes regarding ball-by-ball settlements must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant delivery.
- dn55 uses official data feeds for live market management. In the event of a data feed failure, affected markets may be settled using alternative verified data sources or delayed until reliable data is confirmed.
- The Cash Out feature allows players to settle an active bet before the market closes, at the current market value. Cash Out is not available on all markets or at all times during a live event. The availability and value of Cash Out is at dn55's discretion. Cash Out values update continuously and cannot be locked in after a Cash Out request is submitted until it is confirmed.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the dn55 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Creating more than one account on dn55, or accessing the platform via an account that is not your own
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any time while your account is active
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, interact with, or monitor any part of the dn55 platform
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported immediately and will be void if not reported
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information in real-time card games, or otherwise coordinate to defraud dn55 or other players
- Laundering money through the dn55 platform in any form, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the dn55 platform, its servers, or its security systems
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating accounts solely to claim promotional offers with no genuine gaming intent
- Using the dn55 platform from a jurisdiction where your access is prohibited under local law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
Fraud & Money Laundering: dn55 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities. Player funds may be frozen pending investigation. Cooperation with our compliance team when requested is mandatory under these Terms.
10. Responsible Gaming

Your use of the platform is granted as a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence solely for the purpose of using the dn55 services as a registered player.
Game content (Teen Patti, Slots, Roulette, etc.) is licensed from third-party providers and carries additional intellectual property protections from those providers. dn55 is not responsible for and does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of third-party game provider content.
12. Privacy & Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by dn55's negligence.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
dn55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that:
- You have violated any provision of these Terms
- You have provided false or misleading information
- Your account activity indicates potential fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
- We are required to do so to comply with a legal obligation
- Your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform
In cases of suspension pending investigation, dn55 will hold funds in your account and release them upon satisfactory resolution of the matter. In cases of termination for a confirmed breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
You may close your own dn55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not void any pending bets that were placed before the closure request was made. Available balance will be returned to your registered payment method following a security review.
15. Changes to These Terms
dn55 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-platform notification, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date clearly displayed.
Continued use of the dn55 platform after the notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
